I want to thank Miller Concierge, but especially Dr. Marisa Lee for all of the invaluable help with my TMJD! It's almost been a year of seeing Dr. Lee (come July), but I felt immediate relief from my pain after the first couple of visits! I cannot thank her enough for not only getting me to maintenance, but also all of the education she has provided to me concerning the anatomy of the disorder!! It has been extremely helpful and encouraging to know where the pain is coming from and how to prevent / relieve it! I highly recommend Miller Concierge if you suspect or have been diagnosed with TMJD!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Miller! I’ve been working with her for about 2 years. Prior to seeing Dr. Miller, I was plagued for years by persistent jaw pain and headaches. I’d seen multiple specialists without getting any relief or clarity as to the cause. I had almost given up when I was referred to Miller Concierge by my dentist. Since, there has been a dramatic improvement in my symptoms. Now I only experience rare flare-ups, whereas before her treatment I had constant pain. Leigh has a deep knowledge of the body. She uses her knowledge to identify the root cause of the symptoms and designs a customized treatment plan. She has helped my muscles re-learn the appropriate patterns thereby addressing the underlying cause of my pain and providing lasting relief. She deeply cares for her patients and takes a wholistic approach to treating them.

A well kept office where my child goes for physical therapy. The crew is very outgoing and friendly, works very well with kids. The owners of the building have worked really hard to make the place compliant for the handicapped. Parking upstairs and down.

I spent over 6 months with my dentist trying to alleviate my terrible TMJD pain. We tried new mouth guards, Botox injections adjusting my bite. Nothing. I went to a Duke regular PT … useless. I’ve turned to Miller Concierge PT and for the past three months, Marissa has worked wonders! I cannot recommend this practice enough. If only they took Medicare, it would be perfect. Worth every penny.

Dr. Miller is the absolute best at what she does!! She really cares about her patients and wants to make sure she does all that she can to help them. I am one of her new patients for about 8 weeks now and I have never felt more at home. When I have my weekly Jaw PT sessions with her she always makes me feel at ease, listens to my concerns and we have great conversations to help with any anxiety or stress I may be feeling during my session. I would recommend her to anyone who needs TMJ or regular Physical Therapy treatments.
